PROPERTY TERMS

Biblos Resort remains committed to the joy of travel, an important part of our lives. Given the current uncertain environment, we have updated our cancellation policy. In the event that there is a COVID-19 related travel ban, health or quarantine restriction at your point of departure or at the resort destination that restricts you from traveling to the destination, Biblos will provide a full refund for a pre-paid reservation and/or waive all applicable penalties. In the event that you are in-residence at the resort and unable to depart the resort destination on schedule due to a COVID-19 travel ban, health or quarantine restriction, Biblos will extend your stay based on a discretionary reduced rate off Best Available Rate. or more information, please refer to the Biblos Cancellation Policy text.

RATES

All room rates and fees are in Euro (EUR), VAT and Breakfast included on accommodation.
Rates, inclusions, and room occupancies are as stated in your confirmation and rates may be subject to change at any time without notice.

PAYMENT GUARANTEE POLICY

All Reservations require 100% pre-payment on booking date and a reservation will be deemed confirmed after processing of all deposits and payments according to the below terms. Biblos reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. Confirmation is also subject to receiving all guest names, particularly for multiple room bookings. Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer. An online payment link is available for secure credit card payments and the card utilised for this (and all online bookings) must also be presented by the card holder upon check-in, accompanied by passport or ID verification.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your reservations in March-April-May-September-October and November, free of charge, until 10:00 am on your arrival date. A 100% no show  will be applied for cancellations made afterward.

• You can cancel your reservations in June-July-August, free of charge, up to 48 hours before your check-in day. A 100% no-show will be applied for cancellations made afterward.
• You can cancel your reservations free of charge during the Eid period and special days up to 48 hours before your check-in day
• Eid Period     : (30.04-07.05.2022), (08-12.07.2022)
• Special Days : (19-20-21.05.2022),(31.12.2022)

EARLY DEPARTURES 

100% no-show is applied for early departures. Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable.

• Children aged 0-5,99 are free of charge for accommodation in the same room with adults.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in time starts at 15:00 pm, check out time is till 12:00 pm.

For guests requiring a late check out, due to the hotel availability a fee equal to 50% of the room rate is applicable up to 18:00 hours/6.00pm and  100% of the room rate is required after 18:00 hours.

Visitors who are not registered during the reservation process, will not be accepted to the rooms.
